Step 2: Assessing Your Skills

Our goal is to find the right career fit for you. Our comprehensive skills assessment will allow us to best work on your behalf by knowing the skills you can bring a prospective employer. At the Celebrity office, you will be tested on your keyboarding skills, written
communication, software knowledge, and special industry knowledge such as medical or legal terminology, if applicable.

Step 3: Celebrity Interview

The more we know about you the better we are able to match you with your next great career opportunity. We will conduct a comprehensive interview with you at the Celebrity office where we’ll talk about your education, background, work experiences, your likes, and dislikes. This is the time for us to get to know you so we can effectively promote you to the many companies with available positions.

This initial interview with Celebrity also helps save you time in the career search process. Our clients trust Celebrity to present them with candidates who match their needs. Your one interview with Celebrity opens the door to many opportunities. If you were searching on your own, you may be participating in multiple interviews with each prospective company. Celebrity Staffing makes your career search process efficient and effective.

Step 4: Reference Check

In order to effectively act on your behalf we want to talk with those who know you and know your work. We ask that you provide Celebrity with at least three professional references, meaning those with whom you have a working relationship or history.

In order to move forward in your search process, we need to reach and speak with at least two of the references you provide. The sooner we speak with your references the sooner we are able to match you with your next career!

Contacting Your Current Supervisor:
Your current supervisor is a great resource to us in gaining vital information pertaining to your skills, abilities, and strengths. We also understand that your supervisor may or may not know you are in the career search process and we will fully respect your current situation.

    If your supervisor is aware you’re in a career search, please include this person as one of your references.

   If your supervisor is not aware of your career search, we will maintain confidentiality and not contact them. We certainly don’t want to adversely affect your current work environment.

However, we do ask that you include a reference from someone with whom you have a working relationship at your current or most recent place of employment as it will give us the freshest perspective of your professional attributes.

Step 5: Celebrity Behind the Scenes

Once your reference check is complete, we can move forward in finding a great position that matches your profile and your professional requirements.

We’ll put our team of Staffing Specialists to work, all of whom have access to your professional profile and are aware of the positions available in the marketplace.

Remember, not all positions are advertised and not all companies have Human Resources departments. This means that Celebrity has the inside track on some of the best positions out there. Our team will find a position that is right for you!

Step 6: Position Match / Interview Prep

For Full Time candidates, now is the time to put you in front of your potential new employer for a final interview. We want you to succeed, so we’ll fully prepare you for this step by:
