Step 1: Getting to Know You / Needs Assessment In order for Celebrity Staffing to match the right employees with your company, we need to know as much as possible about your business and the structure of your company. We’ll talk with you about your short and long-term staffing needs, the history of the position, and what specifically you are looking for in a future employee. Step 2: Flexible Staffing Solutions Based on the information obtained from you, we’ll present you with flexible staffing options in the categories of Direct Hire, Match Hire®, and Supplemental Staffing. Step 3: Evaluating Our Candidates / Pre-Screening We take the process from here, saving you what you value most – your time. Celebrity Staffing will immediately begin searching for your next employee, reviewing our available applicants who have been pre-screened, ensuring that the highest quality employees are identified for consideration. Of the references provided by our candidates, our Staffing Specialists are required to personally speak with a minimum of two, including one from the candidate’s current or most recent place of employment. Candidates will not be considered for employment until the above steps are complete, ensuring the highest quality candidates are available for your consideration.
Step 4: Position Match / Personal Interview with You We want your choice to be the best choice. We pre-screen each candidate through a comprehensive skills assessment, a Celebrity interview, and reference checks. Celebrity Staffing will then present to you only those candidates we believe meet your requirements and preferences. If you have chosen Match Hire® or Temporary placement for your staffing solution, we’ll fully prepare each candidate before sending them to your company to begin work. We’ll communicate information about your company and the requirements of the position. If you are hiring for a Full Time position, you will conduct the final interview with the candidate. Celebrity Staffing will coordinate scheduling the interview, saving you precious time. We will prepare our candidates for this step by fully communicating information about your company and the requirements of the position. We want our candidates to be ready for this important meeting with you. The final decision is yours. Step 5: Candidate Selection (applies to Full Time positions) Celebrity Staffing remains your one point of contact through the hiring process. We will communicate all information, including salary, benefits and any other position requirements to your chosen candidate and handle negotiation, if necessary. Step 6: Ensuring Long Term Success We want to be sure you are pleased with your new employee and will follow up with you to ensure long-term success.
