Have you ever asked an employee what motivates them? You may think money is what motivates them but that is not always the case. There is no doubt a solid compensation is beneficial in retaining top talent, but there are more things that motivate employees. The Scary Truth About Work Place Culture

As I sat down to write this blog, I found myself sitting in an office filled with after-Halloween delight and I’m reminded of how much I love the company I work with. The combination of professionalism, team work, and fun are so balanced it makes me grateful every day, even on those difficult ones. Just recently, I visited with a client and discussed how important work culture is to the success of a business and the efforts they’ve made to positively impact the bottom line through culture initiatives.
