Below I have provided a few FAQs or statements (with answers) I have received from managers, HR contacts, and business owners about how we work and WHY Celebrity Staff is the right partner for you.
1) Why should we pay you a fee when we have people applying on their own?
This is a very fair question and I get it A LOT. What I always like to let our clients and prospective clients know is that we work on a contingent basis and will ask nothing of you but your time until a hiring decision has been made. We offer temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire services, all which we can customize to your needs. I also like to ask my clients, out of the candidates that you have, how many of them are viable candidates? You might have 25 resumes for your position but only three or four have the background you are looking for. Out of those three or four, half have probably already found a job and the other one or two might want a different shift, more money, or require a benefits package you might not be able to offer. Allow myself and my team to put our heads together, combine our networks, and provide you with our top two-three candidates for your openings (this would be different for multiple openings of course). At the end of the day, we allow you to see who else is out there, while providing you with an inside scoop on the candidate beforehand, such as how well they present, how they speak, explanations to their work history, and we also require our candidates to take our data entry and clerical assessments, which we are happy to provide you with.
2) We already work with another service, aren’t you all the same?
While I love hearing that companies work with other services and see the VALUE in our work, we are not all the same. Just as your company is not the same as your competitors. We all operate differently and have our own selling points. I would like to think that Celebrity Staff stands out amongst our competitors for numerous reasons. What I think Celebrity Staff does well is keeping open lines of communication with the clients and the candidates. If you chose to partner with Celebrity Staff and we have a successful placement, you can guarantee that I will follow up with you and the candidate until the start date, have weekly check-ins with you if you chose to hire on a temporary basis, and provide feedback, both positive and constructive, throughout the assignment. I can speak for myself when I say that, “I have your best interest and the candidate’s best interest in mind”. At Celebrity Staff we are commissioned-based as a TEAM, so we have every reason to work well together and fill your positions right the first time. Not forgetting the data above, why would you not want to have a few additional resources assisting you to find the best person(s) out there? 3) I don’t have time to go back and forth with your service.
I can 100 percent appreciate that your time is valuable. Time is MONEY! What we are here for is to save you time AND money, while making the process as quick and seamless for you as possible. In this market when you find the right candidate, you have to move quickly! I cannot tell you how many times I have lost the perfect candidate due to 24-48 hours going by without a returned email or phone call. When we choose to partner together I like to set up expectations on the front end in regard to communication, interviews, feedback, etc. What I can assure you is that my team and I will be here to work with you and to achieve your goals in a quick and timely fashion. As long as we are open and honest with each other on the front end, I can guarantee that we will save you time and money by allowing you to focus on your job duties and not waste valuable company time searching job boards and filtering through a pile of resumes.
