Our client newsletter is back! This is our first edition in almost 2 years and I’m excited that we can reconnect. I look forward to bringing you information and news that hopefully helps you recruit and retain talented individuals to your company—that’s our goal. But first, I thought you may want to know what’s new with us, and there has been a lot happening!
1.) We’re no longer a Midwest staffing firm, we’re national!
Celebrity Staff’s parent company, Medical Solutions, has encouraged us to “go grow!” We took the approach to follow our customers and serve you at any of your locations. Just take a look at our map! We’ve reached almost every state thanks to your support, and we are adding the few remaining states as we speak. We learned a lot along the way, and we are better for it. It brings new excitement to our team every time we get a request to recruit and place office superstars! We enjoy recruiting administrative support, legal experts, and management professionals for all of your locations, and it’s been fun learning more about you. Our team gets jazzed up every time you call us with a new temporary employment, Match Hire, and Direct Hire placements!
2.) We serve the nation out of two Nebraska offices.
Last summer, I shared that Celebrity Staff made the decision to consolidate office locations and is now serving our customers throughout the U.S. all from our Nebraska offices. The good news is you don’t need a different staffing partner in each state. Your current account manager is your primary point of contact for any location, anywhere in the U.S. Think about it, don’t you just dread having to start a relationship with a new vendor or supplier contact? It can be tedious to teach them what they need to know, and it takes time. You know us and we know your company, we know your hiring managers, we know your culture. The world of staffing today has proven that we don’t need physical offices with our name on the door in order to recruit the right talent. Phone interviews are a standard business practice today and social media allows us to connect on a personal level.

As the general manager of Celebrity Staff, a leading staffing and recruitment firm, Patty North has assisted organizations across a four-state region with the development and implementation of best practice strategies in the areas of talent acquisition and talent management. Her collective insight and expertise on workforce planning, garnered from her 27 years in the staffing industry, has enabled clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations to improve performance and gain a competitive advantage in their respective markets. Patty has served as an Advisory Board member of ICAN (Institute for Career Advancement Needs), is a past-president of the NE Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (NAFCS), and has been a guest speaker at the University of Nebraska – Omaha on topics ranging from resume writing to interviewing.
Patty has also been a guest presenter at Women’s Leadership Conference and break-out session presenter at the Nebraska State Human Resources Association annual conference. In addition, Patty is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and has her Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR). She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Family Sciences.
